Make sure you have an Android with version 3.0.6 or higher installed on your phone. Disconnect the POM Audio connection from your phone via Bluetooth settings and plug the POM in to charge for 10 seconds. Reconnect the POM to your phone using POM Audio Bluetooth....

For iPhone users, YES! Both POM Data and POM Audio will need to be connected to properly use the POM. For Android users, NO! Android users only need to connect POM Audio. However, always follow the steps detailed in the app regardless of the phone you have.
