In the POM College app, go to the ‘edit profile’ section. Here you can confirm that the correct phone number is stored in the ‘mobile phone number’ section. If it is incorrect, replace that number with the correct one and save your profile by clicking ‘save profile’ in the bottom left corner. After saving this update, try making a ‘POM Friend’ phone call. If it goes through to your friend, you are all set! If not, please email POM support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “POM.ME”. Please include your name, email address and phone number along with the details of the issue and steps you took to attempt to resolve it.
